Membra a HLB International, Contexpert este o companie de top din Romania care ofera inca din 1996, servicii de contabilitate, consultanta fiscala, audit, inventariere, salarizare si administrare de personal (locul 5 in topul companiilor de contabilitate din Bucuresti, potrivit CECCAR).

Creata in 1969, HLB este o retea internationala dinamica de consultanta de business care serveste clienti din peste 130 de tari, cu peste 600 de birouri in lume, 1900 de parteneri si peste 17000 de profesionisti. Cerinte

Pentru clientul nostru, distribuitor oficial pentru branduri renumite de parfumerie si cosmetica, recrutam Secretara / Asistent manager.

Cerinte:

– minim 2 ani experienta pe o pozitie similara
– curs birotica/ secretariat – constituie un avantaj
– cunostinte limba engleza – nivel mediu-avansat
– operare PC: cunostinte bune operare PC MS Office, Word, Excel, navigare internet
– adaptabilitate, punctualitate, simtul raspunderii;
– abilitati comunicare;
– spirit organizatoric;

Responsabilitati

Responsabilitati:

– Sorteaza si inregistreaza corespondenta primita in registrul de intrari-iesiri
– Preia si directioneaza apelurile telefonice
– Mentine evidenta primirii faxurilor, se ocupa de copierea si inregistrarea lor
– Mentine legatura cu agentiile de turism, de voiaj etc. pentru a asigura transportul si cazarea, la nivelul solicitat, in cazul deplasarilor in interes de serviciu ale angajatilor / partenerilor firmei
– Primeste persoanele din afara (clienti, parteneri de afaceri etc.), ii informeaza pe cei interesati despre sosirea acestora dupa care conduce vizitatorii la persoanele respective, asigurand protocolul aferent
– Completeaza borderourile pentru Prioripost, plicurile trimise recomandat (prin curierat rapid sau posta normala), completeaza adresele pe plicuri, impacheteaza coletele, inregistreaza plicurile trimise.
– Programeaza interviurile si audientele.
– Copiaza / redacteaza / tehnoredacteaza diferite materiale.
– Primeste si transmite e-mail-uri si memo-uri.
– Actualizeaza baza de date documente
– Asigurara suportul administrativ pentru toate departamentele firmei
– Asigura protocolul in cadrul intalnirilor, in conformitate cu cerintele zilnice
