• Experience in the technical implementation and operation of mission critical IT services.

Responsabilitati

Responsabilitati:

Intocmirea de oferte tehnico-comerciale prin oferirea de solutii tehnice pentru echipamentele termice si/sau in conformitate cu necesitatile şi cerintele specifice ale clientilor;
Consilierea clientilor in alegerea celor mai potrivite echipamente termice (domestice);
Oferirea de suport tehnic intern catre departamentul comercial (ingineri de tehnici şi ingineri de vanzari), suport bazat pe avantajele tehnice competitive ale echipamentelor;
Participarea la licitatii alaturi de distribuitori.
Contactarea firmelor de proiectare, antreprenori construcţii şi instalaţii – acolo unde este cazul şi/sau situaţia existentă pe piaţă o impune, în concordanţă cu politica de vânzări Ferroli din zonă.
Raspunde solicitarilor/problemelor venite din partea filialelor companiei cu privire la echipamentele din portofoliu;
Urmarirea ofertelor intocmite in vederea contractarii;
Urmarirea derularii contractuale;
Propunerea de noi solutii şi imbunatatirea ofertelor lucrate;
Participa la constatarea eventualelor defecte aparute in functionarea echipamentelor pentru stabilirea cauzelor.
Elaborarea diverselor rapoarte la solicitarea Directorului de vanzari;
