Short company description

The Michelin Group started its industrial activity in Romania in August 2001, investing more than 400 million euros over the years in plant modernization. Currently, Michelin Romania has about 3,500 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Ensure the administrative and logistical activities for the training sessions and development actions.
Guarantee the quality of training data for France in compliance with the Group’s rules and local legislation
Ensure the proper integration of data in MLM via the uploads and ensure the quality of data in the systems used


Provide administrative and logistical follow-up of training and development actions:
o update the training catalog in the system
o verification of sessions in the training administration system
o creation of sessions, reservation of resources, mailing of attendance sheet, certificates, access request, break reservations
o fill in attendance sheet after the training session and control of recorded data via extractions
o follow-up of the agreements with external organizations, the planning of external stakeholders, billing processing

Manage the generic email address with a response time in the agreed lead-time
Ensure the level of quality of service with low a number of customer dissatisfaction (cf indicator) and treated them in the agreed lead-time
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of state administration controls and / or audits

Ensure the proper integration of loaders in training administration system :
o Receive the loading files from the sites
o Upload the information in the tool
o Analyze the rejections
o Correct / ask for correction of the files and upload the corrected file

Perform the quality control linked to the Back Office Training activity
o Perform consistency checks (polls, queries, …) between paper documents and existing data from the system, between data and extractions, interfaces etc.
o Analyze the deviations and control the corrective actions (modify or ask for modifications, …)

Updating data in the training administration system : Management of waiting lists, update of module codes
