o High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
o Proven experience in business travel
o Fluent in English and French
o Knowledge of TE reporting and processing
o Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Travel Online Booking Tools
o Very good communication (oral and written)
o Well-organized with a highly customer service oriented approach


o Deliver first level support for travel related questions and requests
o Maintain the travel online booking tool
o Request air bookings for a certain group of employees within the company
o Corporate credit card reconciliation
o Process internal travel management reports
o Consolidate and manage hotel contracts and respective rates
o Adhere to travel policy compliance when managing policy exceptions

Other info

o You will work closely with colleagues from the same organization but different departments in Europe, primarly with France but also Spain and Germany.

o You will be one of the key member of the travel management department within PTC. You will support the achievement of the department goals and assurance that a best in class program is in place
