Proficiency in both Romanian and Hungarian
Previous experience in Customer Service preferred

Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI’s

Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales
Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

You will offer support 24/7, from Monday to Sunday, 40 hours/ week in different shifts:
Monday – Friday: 18:00 – 3:00; 0:00 – 9:00
Saturday – Sunday: 00:00 – 00:00

Please note the following conditions, including the technical requirements for working with us. This includes the computer, the Internet, the phone, the headset and the home office equipment.

We provide you with a computer, which is specially prepared for your work with SYKES@Home.
In addition you will need two monitors with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and cable for VGA, HP Displayport or HDMI as well as a headset (earphone with microphone) with two 3,5mm phone jacks.

In order to connect your computer, we provide the necessary systems, you need an Internet connection with the following:
•Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection, no Internet radio or satellite)
•Downstream at least 16 Mbit / s
•Upstream at least 1 Mbit / s
•Internet router with a free network connection for our computer
