UniCredit Services is the global service Company of UniCredit that provides solutions in the Information Communication Technology (ICT), Back Office Middle Office, Real Estate, Security and Global Sourcing areas. Qualification and competencies:

Strong analytical mind, problem solving and reengineering competencies
Strong process mapping background
Good understanding of the automation software capabilities used for automation
Basic knowledge of automation limits and constraints
Lean Six Sigma training and continuous improvement
IT Business Analyst previous experience
Knowledge of UniCredit Group framework is a plus
Excellent communication skills in both written verbal English and work experience in a global/multicultural environment


You will be part of the newly created Automation Center of Excellence team, an ICT Architecture Team and an Automation “MAKE ” CoE, serving UniCredit Group, that will enable automation industrialized approach, building a strong framework to increase and scale up process automations.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Identify automation opportunities on business processes
Manage automation assessment to evaluate eligibility for automation
Conduct detailed process analysis, identifying process optimization and automation (process reengineering)
Definitions on steps to be automatized
Business requirements gathering
Establishing metrics to measure as-is and to-be process including the performance of the process automations
Benefits certification and process consolidation
