Job Description:

* Maintain various sales tools (eg CDP / Spot / LeO);
* Support yearly budget planning and strategical planning;
* Monthly sales reporting (eg Order intake / Reimbursements);
* Monitor Sales planning (Order intake / Forecast / Deliveries);
* Coordination of prototype quotations and process Support acquisition and offer process;
* Coordination with other departments e.g. RD, controlling, program management, operations, project management and regional organizations;
* Coordination of preparation of the commercial documents necessary for a nomination by the customer (calculation, etc.);
* Coordination of sales processes with the departments involved; Support negotiation of sales prices, RD costs, tool costs with customers;
* Support negotiation of commercial issues with customers during the series life of projects (e.g. changes) Support performance of annual price negotiations with customers;
* Processing internal sales tools and customer tools;
* Regular coordination with Key Account Management
* Bringing customer requirements together with; Continental’s technical and commercial capabilities to generate customer orders;
* Support Customer strategy together with Program Management;

Job Requirements:

* Academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable qualification;
* Experience / knowledge in the automotive sector would be an advantage, preferably in departments with interfaces to customers;
* Can interface with customers;
* Worked in international teams. Social skills: Team spirit, customer oriented, confident attitude and integrity;
* Proficient in MS Office tools especially Excel;
* English : fluent / German: would be a plus;
