This role is part of our Operations team and you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Process the customers’ (corporate individual) requests;

  • Perform specific actions to administer group portfolio using dedicated administration systems;

  • Perform payments reconciliation process for a part of Telemarketing customers ;

  • Develop operational procedures in line with current flows and processes;

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service;

  • Deliver high quality support and service to MetLife internal and external clients (financial institutions, call centres, individual customers);

  • Focus to automate or simplify the operational processes

In order to be able to achieve all of this you need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in working in operations area (experience in insurance area may be an advantage)

  • University diploma

  • Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Problem solving skills

  • Flexibility
