This role is part of the Operational team and you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analysis and studies related to group portfolio

  • Administer group insurance contracts in dedicated administration systems

  • Control and audits related to department activity;

  • Part of operational implementation of group insurance projects;

  • Adjust the department’s operational processes and contractual provisions in line with regulatory compliance changes

  • Identify possible risks and opportunities and deliver solutions

  • Offer support for business stakeholders and partners

  • Focus to automate or simplify the operational processes

In order to be able to achieve all of this you need to have:

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Time management skills and capacity to identify priorities

  • Flexibility and capacity to easily switch between diverse tasks/projects

  • Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (SQL knowledge may be an advantage )

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in working in operations area (knowledge in insurance area may be an advantage)
